It provides lengthy analysis of the FOIA act and of FOIA-related court decisions“Access Reports” maintains a focus on federal agencies and federal courts, but also covers a sizable amount of important state issues.
  • The website of "Acccess Reports" contains full text of several important FOIAA and privacy-related statutes, such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Sunshine Act, The JFK Assassination Records Collection Act, the Privacy Act, and the Freedom of Information Act.
  • Copies of Access Reports are available in the stacks at Wells Library (1996-present) at JK468 .S4 A64 v. XX. Volumes 1995 - 1984 are available upon request through IU's Auxiliary Library Facility.
