Kansas

- In Kansas, state constitutional amendments are proposed as concurrent resolutions. The best way to locate current proposed amendments appears to be the utilization of the Bill Search feature on the left side of the page; searching ‘resolution amend constitution’ should bring up mainly those concurrent resolutions that propose constitutional amendments. There does not appear to be an advanced search feature.
- Alternatively, you can browse the list of 2011-2012 Concurrent Resolutions on the right-side of the page; this list gives a brief description of each resolution’s purpose; while tedious, the number of pages of concurrent resolutions is relatively small (at present only 5 pages), so the task is not too burdensome.
