Finding looseleaf services

To find looseleafs in the practice are you are researching, consult Legal Looseleafs in Print.  The current publication is in the Reference Area, Call No. KF 1 .S7 (2013).  This volume contains several indexes, including publisher and subject indexes. 

Research Tip: potential subject headings for labor and employment law topics include: Affirmative Action programs, Collective Bargaining, Discrimination in employment: public employees, Employee Benefits, Labor and Employment, and Wages.

Looseleaf Services

Looseleafs are compilations of primary and secondary sources on a specific area of law.  These publications can be in print or online (where an electronic version is available, the resources have been hyperlinked).  In the law library, the print looseleafs can be found on the main floor of the reading room.

Bloomberg Law: In order to access materials on Bloomberg Law, you must self-register for this database.  To do so, go to bloomberglaw.com/activate to begin the registration process. 

Follow the on-screen prompts, but leave the "Activation Code" section blank and be sure to enter your official school email address (ending in .edu) in the contact information.  After you complete these steps, you will receive an email with your access information.
