Finding the Law: Cases

A legal research guide for non-law researchers

Free Resources for Researching Indiana Cases

There are a couple of places you might look for case opinions.  The Indiana government website offers web pages for the state's various levels of courts.  The information available for each court varies, but it is all free.

You may also want to look at specific court's websites to find more information about the court, not only opinions and dockets, but also other publications by the court, court rules, etc.
