Making of Modern Law: Legal Treatises (1800-1926)

  • Derived from the 19th Century Legal Treatises and 20th Century Legal Treatises microfilm collections.  Contains close to 10 million pages and more than 21,800 titles. In addition to treatises, the database includes casebooks, local practice manuals, form books, works for lay readers, pamphlets, letters and speeches.
